BILT’s workshops and group programs provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop practical life skills, explore new interests, build meaningful relationships, and actively participate in their communities. Programs are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of participants.
Every workshop is designed to encourage participation, foster independence, and create opportunities for individuals to learn in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our experienced staff focus on helping participants develop confidence, strengthen relationships, and gain skills that support success in everyday life.

BILT offers a variety of interactive workshops and group programs. Topics include life-skills development, STEM, arts and creative expression, music therapy, yoga and mindfulness, literacy and learning, social skills, health and wellness, and community integration. CPR and First Aid training is also available when offered publicly.
Programs are available for children, adolescents, and adults, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Families and caregivers may also participate in select programs.
