We want to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth experience. To get started with our services, it’s essential to complete the necessary consents and intake procedures. These forms help us understand your specific needs and preferences, ensuring we can provide you with the best possible support.

To initiate the process, we will send you an intake form and a schedule of availability using DocuSign for your convenience. Additionally, we kindly request that you provide us with a current behavior plan, IEP, and/or physical assessment. Once we receive your documents, please allow us approximately one week to thoroughly review the paperwork.

Following the review, we will arrange either an in-person or Zoom intake session to delve into the individual’s specific needs and service requirements. To ensure a smooth onboarding process, there is a one-time intake fee, which will be included in the first invoice. It’s important to note that for individuals who decide not to proceed with our services, there will be no charge associated with the intake process, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Flexibility is at the core of our approach to funding options. We understand that every individual’s needs are unique, and we’re committed to finding the right solution to make our services accessible. Here’s how we can assist you with funding:

  • Private pay
  • Accept funds through DDS (Department of Developmental Services) for Behavioral Supports and Consultation, Family Navigation, and Individualized Home Supports.
  • Partner with select school districts for IEP (Individualized Education Program) home services
  • Work with insurance providers
At this time, we are pleased to inform you that we are now in-network with BCBS and MassHealth. While we perform ABA therapy and have BCBAs on staff, working with insurance agencies can be a full-time job. Some families have had success with obtaining pre-approvals and receiving service reimbursement through their insurance agencies. We are now able to directly communicate with and bill BCBS and MassHealth.

The pricing for our services is tailored to the unique needs of each individual we support and the complexity of the tasks involved. We believe in providing personalized care, which means that individuals with higher support needs are carefully matched with our staff members who possess the necessary education, training, and experience to work effectively with them.

This approach ensures that our services are not only cost-effective but also of the highest quality, as our dedicated team members are equipped to address the specific challenges and requirements of each person we serve. Your well-being and satisfaction are at the heart of our commitment to delivering exceptional care.

All skills trainers receive training in positive behavior supports, CPR, Mandated reporting, HIPPA, Safety Cares (depending on individual need), Registered Behavior Technician training (depending on individual need) and are able to access a number of optional trainings. Skills trainers also all receive ongoing supervision from management.

Yes, skills trainers all have their background and driving records checked yearly. 

All individuals are assessed individually so determination on if we are able to serve an individual depends on if we can do so safely and therapeutically. 

Wait list times vary on hours and locations requested. If we don’t have a staff in the area after the intake process is completed we will hire for that staff. Oftentimes waits can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks. 

All shifts are at least three hours long and can occur frequently or occasionally. We do scheduling a month in advance so having notice ensures we can get coverage in place. There is no maximum limit of hours. We will do overnights or respite care during the night as needed and if we have availability.
