MBTA-Boston Harbor Fest 2026
Plan: The group will meet at BILT for 10:00am or at Alewife for 10:30am. We will then ride the train all the way to Park St. from there we will walk to the waterfront near the aquarium. We will explore the boats and activities that they offer. Lunch will be around 1pm at Faneuil Hall. After lunch the group will start to head back to alewife for about 3pm and back to BILT for about 3:30pm.
The festival features hundreds of activities, including historical reenactments in Downtown Crossing, live music, children’s activities, and fireworks on the waterfront, primarily near Long Wharf.
MBTA Adventures
Who doesn’t love combining travel training WITH something fun to do?! We will be using the MBTA to travel to various activities through the month to practice using public transportation, reading maps, and working on independent living skills.
Where
We will meet at Alewife for our adventure and go from there. The address for Alewife is 35 Cambridge park Dr, Cambridge, MA 02140.
Cost
$150 per person, $195 per person for drop off at 10am in Woburn and pick up at 3:30pm in Woburn
Food is NOT included in the cost. Please pack a picnic lunch or provide funds.

BILT intake and consents must be completed prior to individuals being dropped off alone.
Individuals coming with a 1:1 are welcome to attend.
