Gardening-Make Your Own Hanging Plants
Description
Our garden club is dedicated to cultivating not just plants but also joy, learning, and friendship. We provide a supportive environment where individuals with developmental disabilities can explore the wonders of gardening while fostering a sense of belonging and accomplishment.
Through hands-on activities like planting seeds, nurturing plants, and preparing items for our garden, our members discover the therapeutic benefits of connecting with nature. Beyond the joy of watching seeds sprout and blooms unfurl, our garden club fosters social connections and a sense of community.
Individuals coming with a 1:1 are welcome to attend.
Cost
$70 per person
Disclaimer
BILT intake and consents must be completed prior to individuals being dropped off alone.
Please note that all social event will have pictures taken and shared with others as some photos are used for fundraising and advocacy purposes.
