Basketball & Gym Games
We’re heading to an indoor gym for a fun-filled exercise session! We’ve reserved a basketball court where we’ll enjoy a variety of exciting games, including relay races, basketball, capture the flag, and pickleball. We’ll spend about an hour at the gym, so be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you’re staying for the afternoon class, don’t forget to pack a lunch to enjoy after our workout!

Transportation
Individuals should be dropped off and picked up, or attend with their 1:1.

BILT intake and consents must be completed prior to individuals being dropped off alone.
Please note that all event will have pictures taken which may be shared through social media and other marketing campaigns for fundraising and advocacy purposes.
Individuals coming with a 1:1 are welcome to attend.
